I have not received my package yet, when will I receive it?
Please check the tracking number to see the tracking details associated with your number. We guarantee delivery within 10 business days. However typically packages do arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
My package shows as delivered, however I never received it.
Please contact your shipping carrier for more information on your delivery and let them know that you did not receive the package. Please also check with your neighbors and family members to see if they received it by mistake.
Do you ship international?
We currently only ship within the U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For Bulk/Wholesale orders international shipping is available.

My product is not working properly or may be defective, what should I do?
Please first check if your device supports the memory card you purchased. If it does, please check the card in your device or on a computer to see if it can be formatted. This will help determine if there is a compatibility issue or an issue with the product. If all fails, please contact us so that we can assist you with this.
The capacity of my device (as reported by many operating systems) is different than the capacity that is listed on its label.
Definitions of a Megabyte:
1. Operating Systems commonly define a Megabyte (MB) as: 2 to the 20th power (1,024KB--Kilobytes).
2. Disk Drive and Flash Memory Card Manufacturers commonly define a MB as one million bytes (exactly 1,000,000 bytes).
SanDisk define 1MB as 1,000,000 bytes. Operating Systems define 1MB as 1,048,576 BYTES (1024K X 1024K or 2 to the 20th power).
