60-Day Hassle Free Returns
MemoryMarket offers its customers a 60-Day period to return their product if they are not satisfied. The returns are meant to be quick, straightforward, and easy for the customer. All Refunds and Exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before they can be processed. Please contact us via email email@example.com or call us at (626) 737 0350 during business hours to request a Return Authorization Number.
When requesting a RMA you must provide the following information:
1. The product you ordered
2. The user ID/order ID number
3. The reason for the return
4. Contact Information
Please provide us with complete information about your order. When preparing your return the RMA number should be written on a visible area of the return package. A return address will provided with the RMA number. No matter the return reason please do not send us any returns without a RMA number.
All Refunds and Exchange requests must be made within 60 days after your ordered product has been delivered. We only process refund and exchanges after the returned product has been received. Returns are being processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.
Your order can be returned for a full or partial refund or exchange if:
1. A return request is submitted within 60 days from the date your order has been received
2. The item has never been used
3. All shipping material, packaging, user manual(s), warranty card and other relevant parts are included with the returned merchandise
4. Return shipping charge is paid for by the customer (a prepaid label will be provided for returns due to order processing discrepancies)
5. There is no physical damage to the product
You can’t return an order if:
1. The product has physical damage
2. The product is missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number
3. The warranty label is missing
4. Your product has any parts removed or broken
5. It is missing the cap or protective casing
Please return all packaging materials that came with the product as well. If the returned merchandise has missing parts, this may affect your total refund amount.
After you have been issued the RMA number, please write the RMA number clearly on a visible area of the return package. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless we made a mistake with processing your order. MemoryMarket will not accept products with defects attributable to factors beyond the control of our processing and shipping methods. Please ship the product with proper packaging to ensure the integrity of the item. MemoryMarket is not liable for any damage that occurs in transit. Once we have received the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible. MemoryMarket does its best to expedite the refund process, however the time frames of financial institutions such as PayPal and MasterCard are beyond our control. The refund process may take up to 5-10 business days to process. All refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Before requesting an exchange, the customer should check if they have purchased the wrong product. The customer should check the manual of your device to see if their product is compatible. MemoryMarket is not responsible for returns due to incompatibility. If the customer isn’t sure about compatibility please contact our technical support and provide your brand and model number.

After receiving your RMA number, please write the RMA number on a clearly visible area of the return package. Once MemoryMarket has received the returned product, the buyer can exchange the item for a product with the same or less value.
