SK Hynix expects its DRAM bit shipments to increase by approximately 10% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) in the third quarter, driven primarily by server AI storage products. Meanwhile, NAND bit shipments (including Solidigm) are projected to see a low single-digit QoQ growth of 1% to 3%, with a focus on its 321-layer products and enterprise SSDs.
Looking ahead, the company forecasts that global DRAM bit demand growth will rise from 17%-19% in 2025 to approximately 25% in 2026. Similarly, global NAND bit demand growth is expected to increase from 15% to 17%-19%. As supply constraints ease, latent demand is expected to be further unleashed.
