Kioxia has started delivering samples of its 1Tb TLC flash memory utilizing its 9th generation BiCS FLASH™ 3D flash technology. Developed with a 230-layer stacking process based on 8th generation BiCS FLASH™ technology and advanced CMOS processes, the product achieves a NAND interface speed of up to 4.8Gb/s, representing a 33% improvement over the 8th generation and delivering performance comparable to 10th generation products.
