Lenovo Completes Acquisition of Enterprise Storage Provider Infinidat

April 9, 2026 – Lenovo Group (HKSE: 992) today officially announced that it has completed the acquisition of Infinidat, a global provider of high-end enterprise storage solutions. The transaction was first disclosed in January 2025 and has now received unanimous approval from the boards of directors of both companies as well as all necessary regulatory clearances. Specific financial terms were not disclosed.

Following the acquisition, Infinidat will operate as a standalone business unit under Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), continuing to focus on product innovation, customer value realization, and global business expansion. By integrating Infinidat's deep technical expertise in high-end enterprise storage, Lenovo aims to further strengthen its position in the enterprise storage market and enhance its ability to deliver reliable, intelligent, AI-ready data infrastructure to customers around the world.
