TWSC has announced the launch of its first UFS product based on QLC NAND flash. Built on the mature UFS 2.2 standard and powered by a Silicon Motion controller, the new solution features LDPC error correction.It is equipped with dynamic write strategies, caching mechanisms, as well as comprehensive temperature management and dynamic regulation systems. Additionally, with intelligent data migration and bad block management capabilities, the product is designed to deliver performance on par with comparable TLC solutions.
