SK hynix Management and Labor Reportedly Hold Final Talks on Wage and Collective Bargaining Agreement

According to South Korean media ChosunBiz, SK hynix management and labor representatives are set to hold negotiations on the 18th for final discussions on this year's wage and collective bargaining agreement. While both sides have made significant progress on key issues, the method of performance bonus payment is expected to remain a variable in the final agreement. Even if a tentative agreement is reached during the representative negotiations, if the agreement includes measures such as paying performance bonuses in the form of treasury shares, it will still require consent from all union members. Accordingly, industry attention is focused on the outcome of today's representative negotiations and the performance bonus payment method to be included in the tentative agreement.
