NVIDIA is considering investing as much as $10 billion in Anthropic's IPO, according to people familiar with the matter cited by foreign media. Anthropic had originally planned to publish its prospectus as early as this week, but the release is now expected to be delayed until late September. Once the prospectus is disclosed, the listing roadshow could begin as early as mid-October, with the final listing potentially falling just days before the U.S. midterm elections in November.
