Anthropic Reportedly Signs Computing Power Agreement with SpaceX Worth Up to $84.5 Billion

According to foreign media reports, Anthropic disclosed in its IPO filing that it has signed an agreement with SpaceX and plans to pay up to $84.5 billion by 2029 to lease AI computing resources built by SpaceX based on Nvidia chips. It is reported that most of the relevant agreements can be terminated with 90 days' notice, and this amount is significantly higher than the relevant scale previously disclosed by SpaceX. SpaceX's previously submitted listing documents showed that Anthropic agreed to pay $1.25 billion per month, with a contract term of up to about three years, totaling nearly $45 billion, and also including a 90-day cancellation clause.
