Arm Reports $1.242 Billion in Revenue for Q3 Fiscal Year 2026, Marking Fourth Consecutive Quarter of Over $1 Billion Revenue

On February 4th (local time), Arm released its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026. Revenue for the quarter reached $1.242 billion, a 26% year-over-year increase and a 9% quarter-over-quarter increase, marking the fourth consecutive quarter exceeding $1 billion. Of this, franchise revenue was $737 million, a 27% year-over-year increase; and licensing and other revenue was $505 million, a 25% year-over-year increase.
