Reports Indicate Dimensity 9600 (Pro) to Use TSMC N2p Process, Support LPDDR6 and UFS 5.0

According to media reports, the Dimensity 9600 (Pro) flagship processor features 2*Canyon+3*Gelas-b+3*Gelas, dual-super-core with all-big-core architecture, whose frequencies reaching nearly 5GHz, equips with SME2, an Arm Magni GPU, and support for SME2, LPDDR6 and UFS 5.0. Additionally, the processor is manufactured using TSMC's N2p and GGA advanced process, with internal technical targets indicating a 10%–15% performance improvement and a 25%–30% reduction in power consumption.
