South Korea's Semiconductor Exports Surge 169.4% YoY to All-Time High in May

According to Korean media reports, South Korea's exports reached $87.75 billion in May, marking a 53.2% increase compared to the same month last year and setting a new all-time monthly record. South Korea's exports first exceeded $80 billion in March of this year and have since remained above the $80 billion mark for three consecutive months. Semiconductor exports in May surged 169.4% year-on-year to $37.15 billion, staying above $30 billion for the third straight month and achieving the highest monthly figure on record.
