1. Venue: JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an Qianhai (No. 8 Baoxing Road, Bao'an District, Shenzhen)

2. Registration Time: 08:00–09:10 AM, March 27, 2026. Please be sure to register on time to ensure service quality. To avoid the peak registration period on the day of the summit, you may also go to the hotel registration counter between 14:00–18:00 on March 26 to collect your conference badge in advance.

3. To collect your conference badge, please bring two of your business cards and your registration code or QR code (please obtain it in advance). Simultaneous interpretation services are provided free of charge. Attendees in need of this service are requested to bring a valid personal identification document and collect the simultaneous interpretation device at the conference venue.

4. Parking spaces at JW Marriott Hotel will be limited on March 27. To ensure convenience for all attendees, public transportation is recommended. Nearby parking options near JW Marriott Hotel include Bao'an Library, Bao'an District Youth Palace, and OH BAY. Please arrange your travel plans in advance. Thank you for your cooperation!

5. To enhance the attendee experience, rest areas and live broadcast screens will be set up in multiple outdoor areas to stream the speeches in real time. Please arrange your schedule accordingly.
