Shannon Semi's Net Profit for 2025 Grows 106.06% YoY, 2026Q1 Expected to Surge at Least 67-Fold

On April 7, Shannon Semi released its 2025 annual performance report, showing total operating revenue of RMB 35.251 billion, a year-on-year increase of 45.24%, and net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 544 million, a year-on-year increase of 106.06%. 

During the reporting period, driven by the booming development of generative artificial intelligence (AGI) and the growing demand for enterprise-level storage from internet data center (IDC) construction, the company's electronic component distribution business and its proprietary brand "HippStor" both achieved revenue growth to varying degrees. HippStor has successively launched multiple products across two major product lines, including eSSDs and enterprise-grade DRAMs. These products have completed certification and adaptation for major domestic server platforms and have officially entered the mass production stage. This segment achieved annual profitability for the first time during the reporting period.

On the same day, the company also announced its 2026Q1 performance forecast, estimating a net profit of RMB 1.14 billion to 1.48 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 6,714.72% to 8,747.18%.

Regarding the reasons for the Q1 performance change, Shannon Semi stated that driven by the strong growth in application demand for generative artificial intelligence (AGI), industry prosperity continues to rise, prices of enterprise-level storage products continue to increase, the company's profitability continues to improve, and profit levels have significantly increased.
