Google and AMD Reportedly Partner to Develop 10th-Generation TPU

According to media reports, Google and AMD are collaborating on the development of one variant of the tenth-generation TPU. This AI accelerator is expected to feature a co-packaged design that combines Google's TPU with its self-developed CPU cores, targeting reinforcement learning and other workloads that require general-purpose computing. It is said that this will mark AMD's first truly significant involvement in a customized AI ASIC project.
