SK Hynix Management and Employees Reach Tentative Agreement on Wages and Collective Bargaining

According to Yonhap News, SK Hynix's management and labor union have reached a tentative agreement on the 2026 wage and collective bargaining. SK Hynix has preliminarily agreed to distribute 60% of the Profit Sharing (PS) bonus in the form of company stock, with the remaining 40% paid in cash; the wage increase has been set at 6.3%. Of the stock portion, 40% can be sold within the current year, while the remaining 20% will be subject to deferred vesting. The union plans to hold a vote as soon as possible to finalize the agreement.
