Cerebras Raises $1 Billion in Series H Funding, Valuation Nearly Triples in Four Months

On February 3rd, local time in California, Cerebras, a wafer-level AI inference chip company, completed a $1 billion Series H funding round, valuing the company at $23 billion (approximately RMB 159.854 billion) post-money. The round was led by Tiger Global, with participation from AMD. Compared to its $8.1 billion valuation in its Series G round in September 2025, Cerebras' valuation has nearly tripled in four months. Cerebras is a leading independent AI inference ASIC manufacturer, and its industry profile continues to rise after a multi-year collaboration agreement with OpenAI.
