Shanghai Issues Notice on Organizing the Construction of Industry Nodes for the National Computing Power Interconnection System

The Shanghai Municipal Communications Administration recently issued a notice on organizing the construction of industry nodes for the National Computing Power Interconnection System. These industry nodes will establish a computing power supply and demand matching system and mechanism for key industries in Shanghai, promoting standardized interconnection and efficient flow of computing power resources across different regions, entities, and architectures, thereby improving the overall computing power level of the city. Each industry node is required to build its own service platform, providing market-oriented services such as computing power resource aggregation, computing power identification, and computing power selection for industry-wide computing power interconnection, and will be uniformly connected to regional nodes. The platform construction mainly includes a computing power internet service center, computing power resource aggregation, computing power selection, security assurance, and other business and security management systems.
