Silicon Power officially launched its DDR5 RDIMM memory modules yesterday. The products adhere to JEDEC standards and feature an operating voltage of 1.1V. They are available in single-module capacities of 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB, supporting transfer speeds of 5600MT/s and 6400MT/s. Designed specifically for server and AI computing environments, the memory modules have passed 24/7 reliability tests, equipped with gold-plated contacts and SPD EEPROM to enhance signal integrity and system compatibility. All models come with a limited lifetime warranty.
