Dongfeng Motor recently announced that its self-developed DF30, the first high-performance automotive-grade MCU chip in China, has completed full vehicle validation on models including the Yipai 007, M-Hero M817, and Fengshen Haohan. The chip has also passed extreme cold calibration at -43°C, and mass production is steadily advancing.
Built on the RISC-V architecture and fabricated with a domestic 40nm automotive-grade process, the DF30 achieves the highest ASIL-D safety level. With full-chain independent controllability, it is set to break the foreign monopoly on high-end automotive MCUs and help equip Dongfeng vehicles with 100% self-developed "China Chip."
