According to media reports, NVIDIA's Vera Rubin platform is set to be launched soon. Industry sources indicate that NVIDIA has finalized the mass-production version with its ODM partners and will begin trial production in June. Starting in July, the platform will begin shipping to North American cloud service providers (CSPs) such as Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, and Oracle. It is learned that TSMC began mass production of the Vera Rubin chip using its 3nm process earlier this year. NVIDIA's partners, including Hon Hai (Foxconn), Quanta, and Wistron, will start full-scale rollout in the second half of this year, with large-scale shipments expected to begin as early as the third quarter of 2026.
