According to media reports, TSMC has begun notifying its customers of wafer price increases. The hikes are not limited to the widely rumored 3nm process, but extend to all advanced nodes at 7nm and below, with an overall increase of approximately 5% to 10%. This adjustment affects about 75% of the company's wafer revenue. Going forward, some mature process nodes may also see similar adjustments.
