TSMC Reportedly Raises Mature Process Prices for First Time in Three Years

According to media reports, TSMC has recently notified multiple fabless companies of its plan to adjust prices for mature process nodes, which is the first price increase in three years. The magnitude of the increase is expected to vary depending on the customer and product category. It is said that the new pricing will take effect from January next year, with an anticipated increase in the single-digit percentage range. The final prices will be determined after negotiations with customers in the fourth quarter of this year.
