KIOXIA Adds 4TB Model to PCIe 5.0 Consumer SSD Lineup, Shipping in Early July

Kioxia today announced on its official website that it has added a 4TB model to its EXCERIA G3 SSD series, expanding the capacity options of its PCIe 5.0 product line. The new model is scheduled to begin shipping in early July 2026.

The newly added 4TB model is built with QLC NAND flash memory based on the company's eighth-generation BiCS FLASH™ 3D flash memory technology, offering more choices for users who need an entry-level SSD for AI applications and gaming PC builds. Meanwhile, the model adopts 2Tb QLC flash technology, delivering high-speed data transfer and excellent power efficiency while achieving large storage capacity.

Together with the already available 1TB and 2TB models, the EXCERIA G3 SSD series now offers a complete capacity lineup of 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB. The series delivers sequential read speeds of up to 10,000 MB/s and sequential write speeds of up to 9,600 MB/s.
