Memory IC packaging and testing service provider Powertech Technology (PTI) has reported net EPS of NT$2.83 for the first half of 2012.
Of PTI's second-quarter consolidated revenues, 51% came from DRAM packaging and testing, 26% from flash and 23% from logic ICs, the company said.
