Reports Say NVIDIA Requests Suppliers to Increase 8-High HBM4 Supply Mix, Reduce 12-High Products

According to Korean media reports, NVIDIA has asked upstream HBM memory suppliers to adjust their HBM4 supply plans by increasing the proportion of 8-high (8Hi) stacked products, while correspondingly reducing the share of the higher-stacked 12Hi HBM4.
