MediaTek Releases Next-Generation Genio Smart IoT Platform

On March 10th, MediaTek launched its next-generation Genio intelligent IoT platform at Embedded World in Nuremberg, Germany. Primarily targeting the robotics, commercial drone, and industrial IoT sectors, it provides advanced AI computing capabilities. The mainstream Genio 420 utilizes a 6nm process and integrates 16GB of LPDDR5X memory; the high-end Genio Pro uses TSMC's 3nm process, supports LPDDR5X memory (8533Mbps), boasts over 50 TOPS of AI computing power, and can run large models with 7 billion parameters on the device.
