Meta recently signed a five-year AI infrastructure cooperation agreement with AI cloud service provider Nebius Group N.V., with a total contract value of up to $27 billion. Under the agreement, starting in early 2027, Nebius will provide Meta with $12 billion worth of dedicated computing power based on the NVIDIA Vera Rubin platform across multiple nodes globally. Meta has also committed to purchasing up to an additional $15 billion in computing resources over five years. Nebius will prioritize making this computing power available to third-party customers, with the remaining capacity to be taken over by Meta according to the agreement. This collaboration will further strengthen Meta's AI computing power reserves, supporting its large-scale model training and AI technology research and development.
