New Xiaopeng MONA M03 Brings 1500 TOPS Effective Compute to $20K Segment for First Time

The 2026 Xiaopeng MONA M03 has officially launched, available in three major versions: PLUS, MAX, and Ultra SE. To meet the different intelligent driving needs of users, the new model offers two computing power options — the Max version and the Ultra SE version. The Ultra SE version is equipped with dual Turing AI chips, delivering an effective computing power of up to 1500 TOPS, and features Xiaopeng's second-generation VLA. It marks the world's first time that 1500 TOPS of effective computing power is brought into the $20,000 price segment. The Max version comes with a single Turing AI chip, delivering 750 TOPS of effective computing power, and currently features Xiaopeng's first-generation VLA. The distilled version of Xiaopeng's second-generation VLA will be rolled out on the Max version in the third quarter of 2026.
