Samsung Electronics Launches T7 and T9 microSD Cards

Samsung Electronics has unveiled the new T7 and T9 microSD cards, marking a significant refresh of its removable storage lineup with a clearer naming strategy and enhanced performance tiers. The T7 microSD card is positioned for everyday high-reliability expanded storage, offering four capacity options — 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB — with sequential read speeds of up to 170MB/s. The T9 microSD card is designed for performance-intensive applications, available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB capacities, featuring read speeds of up to 200MB/s. The new products will be available to consumers starting April 30, 2026.
