Suzhou C*Core Technology Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688262) recently announced the successful completion of internal testing for its new-generation post-quantum high-performance automotive AI MCU chip, CCRC4XXX (formerly CCFC3009PT), based on the RISC-V architecture.
The chip integrates post-quantum and conventional cryptographic hardware security modules, adopting a 22nm RRAM process. It supports applications including body, chassis, powertrain domains, and central domain controllers, with a maximum main frequency of 500MHz, computing power up to 10,500 DMIPS, and an embedded NPU. Two versions of the chip have been submitted to customers for sampling.
The company states that the chip is developed with fully independent intellectual property rights. As third-party certification has not yet been completed, potential issues may be identified during customer evaluation and application in subsequent phases.
