World’s First Embodied AI International Standard Led by China Successfully Initiated

On April 17, China successfully initiated the world’s first international standard in the field of embodied AI at the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) – "Humanoid Robot Dataset". This marks a "zero breakthrough" in the development of international standards for humanoid robots. At the same time, China facilitated the establishment of the first working group convened by a Chinese expert, achieving another "zero breakthrough" in the formation of international standard working groups for robotics.

The newly initiated international standard references the content of a series of national standards for humanoid robot datasets currently under development in China. Experts from major countries around the world will jointly participate in the development of this standard, providing a unified data specification for the global humanoid robotics industry.
