SiEngine Launches 5nm Automotive-Grade AI Cockpit Chip "SE2000" with Support for LPDDR6/5X/5

SiEngine Technology, a subsidiary of Geely, launches next-generation automotive-grade AI cockpit chip,SE2000, with vehicle integration scheduled to begin in Q1 2027. The chip adopts a 5nm advanced process, integrates a 12-core CPU and 10-core GPU, delivers 200 TOPS of AI compute power, natively supports 7B+ multimodal large models, and achieves a bandwidth of up to 518GB/s. It supports LPDDR6/5X/5 memory specifications, eliminating data bottlenecks for multi-screen interaction and AI computing.
