ENF Reportedly Supplies Key Semiconductor Material HF to SK hynix for the First Time

According to industry sources cited by South Korean media, THE ELEC, ENF Technology has successfully localized production of hydrofluoric acid used in semiconductor manufacturing. The company completed product quality certification earlier this month and delivered its first batch of semiconductor‑grade hydrofluoric acid (HF) to SK hynix. ENF is currently verifying the material's stability by applying it to production processes. After an initial one‑to‑two‑week trial run, the company plans to expand supply to major production lines, including those for DRAM, starting from the end of this month.
