Jeju Semiconductor's LPDDR5 Reportedly to Be Produced at SK hynix's Wuxi Plant

According to the report by South Korean media, THE ELEC, Jeju Semiconductor Vice President, Hwang Ju‑won, recently told reporters that the company will produce LPDDR5 at SK hynix's wafer fab as a successor to LPDDR4X. The target mass‑production date for LPDDR5 is 2030, though the specific production scale has not yet been finalized. The report also noted that Jeju Semiconductor has signed a contract with SK hynix to use its facilities over the coming years, with the production base believed to be located in Wuxi, China.
