According to Korean media reports, Primemas is collaborating with Micron Technology to launch a full-scale memory business based on CXL technology, with capacity exceeding 100TB. By participating in U.S. government-backed AI and high-performance computing (HPC) projects, the company aims to intensify its efforts to expand into global markets, with a revenue target of $200 million by the end of next year. Primemas stated that its collaboration with Micron centers around JBOM (Just a Bunch of Memory), with mass production of JBOM-based add-in cards (AICs) expected to begin in the fourth quarter of this year. These add-in cards will be interconnected via CXL switches.
