The Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology recently officially issued the "Shenzhen 'Artificial Intelligence+' Advanced Manufacturing Action Plan (2026-2027)". This document explicitly proposes to strengthen the semiconductor industry by focusing on AI chips, and for the first time includes new architecture processors such as "in-memory computing" and "in-memory computing" as key support areas.
