Alibaba Launches Enterprise-Grade Agent Platform "Wukong"

On March 17, Alibaba unveiled "Wukong," recognized as the world's first enterprise-grade AI-native work platform, which is now open for beta testing and will be embedded within DingTalk.

Positioned as a secure and controllable enterprise Agent platform, Wukong can automatically inherit corporate permission rules and operate within a secure sandbox environment. This effectively addresses key enterprise challenges including rights management, operational auditing, and cost accounting. To achieve this, DingTalk has completed a comprehensive underlying CLI transformation, enabling Wukong to natively operate its thousands of features rather than simulating manual clicks.

The launch also introduced the OPT (One Person Team) solution suite covering ten major industries, including e-commerce, manufacturing, and legal sectors, designed to empower individuals to function as entire teams. Additionally, Alibaba's B2B capabilities from platforms such as Taobao and 1688 will gradually be integrated in the form of Skills, further enriching the platform ecosystem.
