ZHIPU Releases GLM-5.1 and Raises Price by 10%

On April 8th, ZHIPU officially released its new generation open-source model, GLM-5.1, becoming the world's first open-source model to achieve continuous operation for up to 8 hours. It can autonomously plan, execute, and deliver engineering-grade results within a single task. In the SWE-bench Pro benchmark test, GLM-5.1 achieved a first-ever performance surpassing Claude Opus 4.6 by a domestically developed model, setting a new global best record. Simultaneously, ZHIPU raised its price by 10%, bringing its pricing for coding scenarios close to that of Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 4.6.
