Rapidus Activates Analysis Center and RCS to Support 2027 Mass Production of Cutting-Edge Semiconductors

Rapidus has recently held an inauguration ceremony for its Analysis Center and Rapidus Chiplet Solutions (RCS), both of which are supporting facilities for its 2nm wafer fab, IIM-1. Rapidus plans to achieve mass production of its 2nm process in the second half of fiscal year 2027, with a monthly production capacity of 20,000 to 25,000 wafers.
