According to foreign media reports, NVIDIA announced that it has appointed former Goldman Sachs Vice Chairman, Suzanne Nora Johnson, to its board of directors, effective July 13. The board will expand to 11 members. NVIDIA stated that Johnson is expected to serve on the Audit Committee. Johnson, 68, held various positions at Goldman Sachs, including head of research and global head of healthcare. In a statement, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang said: "Her experience guiding global enterprises and her leadership at the frontiers of education and philanthropy will be invaluable to the NVIDIA board. We are honored to welcome her and look forward to her valuable insights as we build the future in the AI era."
