Huawei Pura 90 Pro/Pro Max Debut Kirin 9030S Chip, Expansive Foldable Pura X Max Features Kirin 9030 Pro

Huawei held its Pura series and all-scenario new product launch event on April 20, officially unveiling the Pura 90 series and introducing the world's first expansive foldable phone. 

According to reports, the Huawei Pura 90 Pro and Pro Max debut the Kirin 9030S chip, which is specifically designed for intelligent imaging. The NPU offers a 200% improvement in image understanding capability, the AI ISP AI color engine is enhanced by 43%, the AI ISP telephoto video clarity is increased by 110%, and the AI ISP telephoto anti-shake precision is improved by 30%. 

The Kirin 9030 Pro is used in the expansive foldable Pura X Max. Compared to the Kirin 9020, its CPU performance is up by 25%, GPU by 40%, NPU by 70%. The entire Pura X Max lineup features deep chip-software synergy with HarmonyOS 6.1, delivering a 30% improvement in overall device performance.
