GigaDevice Completes Capacity Expansion of its 1.2V Ultra-Low Power SPI NOR Flash Product Line

On March 11, GigaDevice announced that its GD25UF series of 1.2V ultra-low power SPI NOR Flash products has completed a full capacity expansion from 8Mb to 256Mb. This series of products can operate stably at 1.2V, significantly reducing power consumption compared to traditional 1.8V products. It is primarily targeted at energy-efficient applications such as wearable devices, AI accelerator cards, IoT, and battery-powered applications. This capacity expansion further enhances GigaDevice's product portfolio in the ultra-low power storage field.
