Tencent Cloud Announces Price Hikes, Some AI Model Prices Surge Over Fourfold

Tencent Cloud has issued a notice announcing that starting March 13, it will optimize and adjust the billing strategies for certain models on the Tencent Cloud Agent Development Platform (Tencent Cloud ADP). The changes primarily involve price adjustments for some models and the conclusion of free public testing for others. The GLM 5, MiniMax 2.5, and Kimi 2.5 models will end their limited-time free public trials and transition to official commercial services. Prices for the Hunyuan series models, Tencent HY2.0 Instruct and Tencent HY2.0 Think, will be increased. The input price for Tencent HY2.0 Instruct will be adjusted from 0.0008 yuan per thousand tokens to 0.004505 yuan, and the output price will rise from 0.002 yuan per thousand tokens to 0.01113 yuan, both representing increases of more than four times. For Tencent HY2.0 Think, the input price will be adjusted from 0.001 yuan per thousand tokens to 0.0053 yuan, and the output price from 0.004 yuan per thousand tokens to 0.0212 yuan, with increases exceeding 400%.
