NVIDIA Rosa CPU Reportedly May Adopt TSMC A16 Process

According to media reports, NVIDIA Rosa CPU will feature the next-generation Arm v9.2 Rigel cores. The current Vera CPU uses TSMC's 3nm process (N3), and the Rosa CPU was expected to upgrade to TSMC's 2nm process (N2). However, the latest industry speculation suggests it may skip 2nm altogether and directly adopt TSMC's 1.6nm-class process, A16. A16 is an extension of the 2nm family, offering up to approximately 1.1x higher chip density compared to N2P.
